Alicia Alonso’s Giselle
Exhibition Opening

Cuban prima ballerina assoluta Alicia Alonso first performed Giselle seventy-five years ago. It became an iconic role for Alonso and a ballet which she staged on companies around the world, including her own Ballet Nacional de Cuba. In celebration of this special anniversary, Alicia Alonso’s Giselle explores her extraordinary history with the ballet.

Dancers After Dark

Dancers After Dark – Photographs by Jordan Matter will feature photographs from the 2016 book of the same title by Jordan Matter, New York Times best-selling author of the highly-acclaimed Dancers Among Us. This exhibition will also include exclusive video from the making of the book.
